We have a free gym for Wellington based staff, fresh fruit delivered weekly, confidential EAP sessions through our partner, and will pay for your annual eye checks and glasses.
-
Long service leave
After every 5 years of continuous service, we will give you an extra week of leave as a one off, so you can enjoy a long holiday break with your whānau.
-
Life & Trauma insurance
Every employee can access our life and trauma insurance through our partners at Aon. Fully paid for by Te Tāhū Hauora.
-
Professional Development
We know that we have amazing people, and we want to help them be even better! That's why we support our people to grow and develop in their chosen career pathway. As a crown entity we are part of the Leadership Development Centre (LDC) and will support our people to not only be experts in their area but also grow to become leaders or develop their leadership capability.
-
Summer closedown period
We always closed down for at least two weeks over the Christmas and New Year break! That means every single one of our team gets at least two weeks off. Even better, the three days in between Christmas and New Year are fully paid and don't come off your annual leave entitlement.
-
Annual leave
We offer 22 days of annual leave every year (for full time employees). That means you can take the extra couple of days on holiday and head to the beach for some much needed relaxation time or do something adventurous.
